This sets out how refunds are handled by Qryptraveller LLC (service name: RestaurantOS; the "Company"). The Service is currently in early access (offered at production quality, in final tuning), with general launch planned for Q4 2026.
1. Satisfaction guarantee (full refund within the first 14 days)
If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, we refund you in full. This guarantee exists so you can join with confidence.
2. Launch guarantee
If the Company cannot begin general launch by Q4 2026, we refund the amount prepaid for the Early Access Member benefit. General launch means the point at which the Company declares the official start of the Service.
3. Cancellation outside the above
You may cancel mid-term in cases not covered by 1 and 2 above, but no mid-term refund is made. After cancelling you can continue to use the Service until the end of the current contract period, and it will not renew for the following period (auto-renewal stops). No pro-rated refunds are made.
4. Handling of advance payments
The advance payment for the Early Access Member benefit (6 months at the discounted price) is managed appropriately against the corresponding provision of services.
5. Exceptions
In the following cases we respond individually, regardless of the above.
- A double charge caused by a system error.
- Delivered digital content is damaged and resending does not resolve it.
- Any other serious defect attributable to the Company.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us either (a) through our support at info@plugin-os.ai, or (b) via the "FASTSPRING" entry on your payment statement — both are accepted. Claims under the satisfaction guarantee (item 1) must be made within 14 days of the payment date. Please include your name, registered email address, payment date, plan name, and the reason for your request.
7. Handling by the payment processor
FastSpring, our payment processor (Merchant of Record), may handle refunds and disputes under its own policies.
