§05Pricing
Plan pricing is as displayed on the pricing page. Prices are region-fixed. The early access benefit is offered at a discounted price (60–20% off depending on the phase).

- Starter: ¥5,000 / month · annual ¥50,000
- Standard: ¥15,000 / month · annual ¥150,000
- Enterprise: ¥50,000 / month · annual ¥500,000
- Early Access Member benefit: prepay the discounted monthly price × 6 months to guarantee that discounted price for 3 years from general launch
§06Intended users
The Service is limited to use by business operators (restaurants) for business purposes.
§07Currency
All prices are in Japanese yen. Paying annually saves two months.
§08Payment processing (seller of record)
Payments are handled by FastSpring (Merchant of Record / seller of record). Charges appear as FASTSPRING on your statement. FastSpring acts as the first-line contact for Japanese consumption tax and consumer handling.
§09Other charges
Internet connection and data charges incurred while using the service are the customer's responsibility.
§10Payment method
Credit card and other methods provided by the payment processor (FastSpring).
§11Billing timing
Monthly plans are charged on each contract anniversary date. Annual plans are charged for one year at contract. The Early Access Member benefit is charged 6 months in advance at contract, held as an advance payment.
§12Service delivery
The Service is currently offered as early access at production quality and can be used immediately after signing up. It is in the final tuning and quality-improvement stage. General launch is planned for Q4 2026. The 3-year price guarantee of the early access benefit runs from general launch.
§13Returns and cancellations
As a digital service, returns cannot be accepted. Within 14 days of purchase we refund in full under the satisfaction guarantee. If the Company cannot begin general launch by Q4 2026, we refund the prepaid amount. Any other mid-term cancellation carries no mid-term refund; you may use the Service until the end of the current period and it will not renew. See the Refund Policy for details.
§14Special provisions
The price guarantee of the early access benefit is a contractual position tied to this agreement: non-transferable, personal to the holder, and extinguished on cancellation (it has no monetary value).
§15System requirements
Latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox are recommended. Some features are also available in the mobile app.
§16On the legality of our fee structure
Regarding the Service's fee structure, we consulted a lawyer via Bengo4.com's "Minna no Houritsu Soudan" and received the view that it most likely does not constitute a prepaid payment instrument under Japan's Payment Services Act.
