What is Restaurant OS

Restaurant OS is an operating system that brings the functions a restaurant needs into a single dashboard. Orders (POS), kitchen tickets (KDS), reservations, shifts and attendance, accounting, notifications — work that used to be split across separate tools is connected on one screen.

Its defining feature is that it is plugin-based. You can add and remove only the features your store needs, so unused features never weigh the screen down. A 3-layer structure — platform, engine and vertical apps — keeps operation consistent even as features grow.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Can I use it without an internet connection?

We are developing a system that keeps store operations running even offline. For now, we recommend using it online.

Can staff of other nationalities use it?

Yes. It supports 12 languages, and each staff member can switch their display language.

Which pricing plan should I choose?

There are 3 plans: Free to learn by trying, Starter to run your store, and Standard to grow your store with AI. See the pricing page for details.

Can I use it across multiple stores?

The multi-store setup that links a headquarters dashboard with each store (the HQ app) is in development. The HQ app itself will be free, included with Starter or Standard.
